He leads the company’s platform vision and technical strategy, focused on building enterprise-grade systems that execute workflows across people, systems, and organizations.

Previously, Samer founded BabbleLabs, where he pioneered deep learning approaches for real-time voice intelligence and scaled the platform from early research through global deployment, culminating in its acquisition by Cisco. He brings proven expertise in building production-ready AI, assembling elite engineering teams, and translating research into secure, scalable systems.
